When we know what habits make us feel our best but we don’t prioritize them, our busy lives often get in the way. In this episode, we discuss the process we went through to figure out what our priorities were, how we created new routines for ourselves, and how we actually put them into a schedule. We even schedule our sleep! Your daily routines can change your life. It’s important to take a step back and make sure you are making time for what makes you feel your best.
