Welcome back to the Injury Law Pod! March is Brain Injury Awareness Month, and it's an opportunity for us to recognize the impact that brain injuries have on many people's lives. Brain injuries can have various effects, including physical, cognitive, and emotional problems. Concussions are one of the most common types of brain injuries, and while they can range from mild to severe, any injury to the brain is significant.

Demonstrating the impact of a brain injury in legal proceedings often involves gathering evidence from witnesses who knew the injured person before and after the injury. Additionally, neuropsychological assessments can help assess cognitive function and guide treatment plans for brain injury survivors.

Remember, you only get one brain, so let's do everything we can to keep it safe and healthy.
