One Eighty is a faith-based nonprofit organization that has been in existence for eleven years. The vision for One Eighty was inspired by Rusty’s personal life experiences. These experiences included being a drug addict, homeless, incarcerated, and eventually unemployable. Through it all, Rusty witnessed the love and support of great friends and family. He realized not everyone had that though and went on to start One Eighty. The organization includes various enterprises and outreaches that impact thousands of people each month. He has written three books including an Amazon bestseller and is the host of a podcast called "Sixth & Marquette".

Rusty is from Aledo, IL and now resides in the Quad Cities with his wife, Brook, and three children, Tannen, Ezekiel & Everlee.
