Eco-dance practitioner Sophie Spiral joins host Tere Zorich to talk about embodying climate justice & their own spiraling path that led them to an eco-dance practice that centers decolonial action & building relationships with our plant allies.

Sophie Spiral Schultze-Allen (they/she) is a dancer, dance researcher, InterPlay facilitator, and dance studies PhD candidate at the Free University Berlin. In these spaces, Sophie explores ways in which we can deepen our connection to Earth and build reciprocal, regenerative relationships. Sophie became a certified InterPlay leader in 2017 after completing the Arts & Social Change for Millennial Leaders training.
