We are back! In Episode 26, Dr Anthony talks about the throat chakra and how an imbalance in this energetic centre can manifest as wounds of expression. When the throat chakra is under-active, this can look like keeping the peace, people pleasing or not communicating your needs. When it is over-active, it can look like interrupting, over talking or just listening to speak - and not to hear.
