Calvin is a trainer and head strength coach at Defranco's Gym in East Rutherford, NJ where he works with a wide range of clients from pro athletes to the general population.

Today him and I discuss a variety of topics including:

  • How young trainers can make a name for themselves in the industry
  • The differences between training athletes and the general population
  • How you can simplify your diet to make it work for your busy lifestyle

We even discuss my archnemesis who got me to lift my first weight!
