He’s the co founder of Swanwick Sleep which is a sleep brand that helps people look good, feel great and sleep better. He’s also the founder of 30 day no alcohol challenge which teaches social drinkers how to quit booze for 30 days James originally had a successful career as a print, TV and radio journalist. At one point he was a Hollywood entertainment correspondent where he interviewed Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, George Clooney, Arnold Schwarzenegger and many more A list celebrities.
