After almost a year of research and study of 1000+ companies, we evaluated more than 90 business practices that drive business impact. After a detailed analysis of the findings, the results are clear: it's time for corporate L&D to focus on growth: career mobility, skills adjacency, coaching, leadership development, and organizational growth.
