#4: A very vulnerable and honest episode. I share about what it felt like to experience hitting 6 months in my coaching business, what I'm wrestling with right now personally & how it's carried over into my business, and how I've been struggling to connect with certain friends. Honestly, I was a little hesitant to put out this episode, but then I reminded myself of why I created this space in the first place. As an emotional, I often times feel incredibly swept up in what I'm feeling, but speaking, sharing, and working through what I was feeling in that moment firsthand showed me the power of this process that I put myself through. Speaking things into existence makes them real but also gives us the power to release and renew not only our thoughts, but the space within our hearts to feel what we really want to feel.
