In 2010 a Federal Jury determined that Darren Nance was unlawfully terminated from his position as a Newark Police Officer. Still, he has not been reinstated to his former position of Newark Police Officer. The Justice For All Show has made numerous attempts to get an explanation from the Cory Booker Administration, and Newark Police Officials. No one in the Cory Booker Administration or the police department will acknowledge opposing the reinstatement of Darren Nance.
