In this episode, I will read aloud the second part of chapter 1 titled "Feel", which discusses how the physical body holds the energy of thought, emotion, and trauma, specifically. If you are faced with a health crisis, you will be well served to release the trapped emotional energy created by past traumas so that your immune system can be set free to do its job of healing more effectively. This is not an easy task, but the very things that we avoid feeling are the things that need our attention so that trapped emotional energy can be released and redirected toward healing.
