[EP 25-196] "Missing the obvious" is a phrase used to convey the idea that something is so obvious that it would be easy to overlook or forget. Studies have shown that we often fail to perceive things that are right before our eyes, a phenomenon known as inattentional blindness. This common problem occurs when the brain creates biases against certain images it deems distracting.
Studies have shown that we often fail to perceive things that are “right before our eyes,” a sort of misinformation by omission.
The problem for Leftists is they can only see what they’ve been told to look for.
Perhaps you’ve seen the videos where they tell you to count the number times a basketball is passed inside a circle to another player versus outside the circle. Then a gorilla walks right through the circle and you don’t notice it.
