Have you attended a leadership or self-help program before and you were excited to apply what you learned to your working style...but then forgot what you learned as soon as you were back in the office?
This is because most of the leadership programs out there teach behaviours and expect you to implement them without addressing what drives behaviour in the first place - subconscious patterns. Things like perfectionism, people-pleasing, and over-analyzing, that keep people from making behavioural changes and becoming great leaders.
In this episode, I am going to talk about this phenomenon that I call the Copycat Paradigm, and help you identify what's driving your leadership behaviour.
Tune in and let's break these barriers!
