I attended a 3-day conference this weekend.

It was amazing.

I laughed. I cried. I cheered. I made all the ridiculous cartoon character sounds my students love and my husband chuckles at. I connected with incredible people from all over the world. I grew so much as a person and as an educator.

And I didn't even have to do my hair and put on makeup.

And this incredible event, it got me thinking.

So today's episode is going to be a little bit different from the rest.

Because it's important to me to connect with and serve families who share my values around learning. Your vibe attracts your tribe, they say, right?

So today's episode is on the 3 pillars of my philosophy on learning.
