UCLA law professor Eugene Volokh joins the show and explains his challenge to a New York law that forces website administrators to enforce anti-speech rules against people who hold certain opinions. Volokh is joined in the suit by its co-plaintiffs, the Rumble and Locals platforms. New York Attorney General Letitia James is defending the law in court, with oral arguments just heard in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
