Meditation is where it's at when it comes to learning to control our minds and become stronger mentally.

Bottom line: Training our minds through meditation - which is like lifting weights mentally - can lead to less anxiety (more confidence), less intense and less frequent feelings of depression (more happiness), and can help us to focus on all the wonderful things we already have but may may not have noticed.
