Anxiety isn’t just random worry or stress—it’s your soul’s way of whispering (or sometimes screaming), “Something has to change.” But too often, we push it aside, numb it, or chalk it up to just being a “busy working mom” thing.

In today’s episode, I’m getting real about my own struggles with anxiety—from the postpartum anxiety that had me on medication for seven years to the gut punch of realizing I may have passed it down to my daughter. We’re diving into:

I also share the game-changing realization that allowed me to finally come off my anxiety meds—not because I “fixed” my brain, but because I started living in alignment with the life I was truly meant to have.
