Friday? More like Fry-Yay! Gerber, Danko and Chuck are back for another monthly show to close out April and welcome the month of May. The Guys start with the a fun look back at the Cavs and a dominant first round sweep of the Miami Heat before looking ahead to what looks to be a tough second round matchup against the Pacers. The Guys also get to discuss the Guardians and their first month, the players that impressed and the concerns around Emanual Clase. The Guys close out the first segment In Memorium for the passing of Pope Frances (not their wheelhouse) and Val Kilmer (in their wheelhouse). The Guys roll into the second segment (36:02) and get stuck in the middle talking Browns pre-draft moves, their heartfelt apologies to the Browns after the big first round trade and a look at the quarterback competition coming for next season. The Guys also overindulge using the phrase “built for it”. The Guys close the segment talking about the gap between talking heads and NFL GMs concerning Shedur Sanders and his falling through the NFL Draft. In the final segment (58:34), the Guys really scrape the bottom of the barrel to talk White Lotus Finale and the battle of goods v. evil. The Guys go way outside relevance to discuss a 50 year old question about the Godfather (the most middle aged man thing to talk about other than a smoker) and hit up some interesting science topics before Gerber pitches a way for the Cavs to land Yannis.
