In this episode, we talk with Diana Fuller-Dupont from Watered Grass. Diana is a Self Care Strategies Coach and an elementary school Psychologist who embraces emotions openly and helps people create self care plans that work.
We talk about how choosing the next best thought isn't always effective, why it's important to make space for all of the emotions not just positivity, and how harmful it is to strive for unrealistic emotional goals.
