Boundaries were unheard of in our parents' generation. Is it more of a luxury to speak of boundaries now? It may seem like that when we set our boundaries even with our loved ones. Boundaries are often not received well by our families, friends, or communities, although Islamic teaching promotes healthy boundaries. Why do we look down upon people when we set our limits? Islamically, shouldn't set boundaries to be incumbent upon all of us?

In this episode, we discuss how we should navigate our lives by setting clear boundaries that allow us to have satisfying and meaningful relationships. What happens when we don't set clear boundaries? Let's delve deeper into this topic.
