Welcome to part 2 of our conversation with Alton Fitzgerald White. Where we left off, we were getting to the point in Alton's career where he was about to land the role as Mufasa in 'The Lion King.' Mad Cheese is a completely plant-based, dairy-free, cheese and charcuterie shop located at 5903 1/2 Bramble Ave in Madisonville.
The owners (Cincinnati natives) Heather and Reggie Donaldson handcraft over 30 different plant-based cheeses and meats in their commercial production kitchen behind the storefront.
Customers can stop in and sample the wide array of products, and sign up for the new Subscription Box program which will feature an exclusive new cheese every month.
