Today's guest is Kevin Aldridge. Kevin is the Opinion and Engagement Editor for Cincinnati Enquirer, which sounds like it would be a challenging job even in the best of times, let alone the polarized climate we find ourselves in today. Mad Cheese is a completely plant-based, dairy-free, cheese and charcuterie shop located at 5903 1/2 Bramble Ave in Madisonville.
The owners (Cincinnati natives) Heather and Reggie Donaldson handcraft over 30 different plant-based cheeses and meats in their commercial production kitchen behind the storefront.
Customers can stop in and sample the wide array of products, and sign up for the new Subscription Box program which will feature an exclusive new cheese every month.
