Today we are joined by Brand Pretorius, who is widely known for his outstanding and immense contribution to the motor industry. Over the years, Brand successfully built a strong reputation as a knowledgeable speaker on matters pertaining to leadership, business and particularly the motor industry. In 2011, he retired as CEO of the McCarthy Motor Group after having spent 38 years in the motor industry. Interestingly, he doesn’t describe stepping down from his full-time executive position in March 2011 as retirement, but rather as “changing gear”.
