I had to sit myself down and get real about the ways I’ve been showing up, being mean, overly opinionated, not minding my business, and lowkey dodging accountability by overextending grace to myself.
I’m breaking down how I recognized those patterns, how guilt can sneak in and distort the truth, and what I’m doing to move different.
I’ve been looking at how I show up in all my relationships—family, friendships, work—and asking if it’s really aligned with who I say I want to be. It’s messy, it’s honest, and it’s all about choosing growth even when it’s uncomfortable.
