In today’s episode, we are joined by Michael Girdley, an entrepreneur and investor who buys, starts, and operates companies in San Antonio, Texas. His ventures include everything from tech and software companies to coffee shops and even to fireworks. Yes, you read that right, fireworks!

Michael shares with us how he takes business concepts and turns it into reality by incubating or putting up businesses. Though he’s no longer 20-something, his age and experience have helped him amass a huge amount of wisdom and experience over the course of his career, including how his early entrepreneurial beginning led him to where he is today, the struggles he faced on that journey, and some very important lessons.
