This week on the Niche Cast we have a minor celebration of Super Smash cricket and Luke Georgeson's mana before checking in with what music we have been jamming. Then we touch on the NZ Breakers before reacting to the Blackcaps squad for the Champions Trophy. Ben Sears was a surprise inclusion and there is plenty of depth throughout New Zealand cricket, leading our conversation into the depths of Super Smash. Otago Volts and Sparks are going well in Super Smash, while Jess Kerr is dominating with Wellington Blaze. It's a busy time for the Flying Kiwis with Moses Dyer and Anna Leat making moves, while Libby Cacace has a funky role with Empoli. Then we try to gather one key point about Wellington Phoenix men and women, as well as Auckland FC as they grind through the summer phase of A-League. We finish with some leftover NZ Warriors thoughts after the retirement of Tohu Harris.
