Miranda Kwok is a writer-actor-producer best known as the Creator, Showrunner and Executive Producer of the U.S. television series adaptation "The Cleaning Lady," based on the original Argentine series "La Chica Que Limpia." Produced by Warner Bros. and FOX Entertainment, Kwok developed "The Cleaning Lady" for the Fox Network. Previously, Kwok served as a Writer/Supervising Producer for "The 100" on the CW Network, for seasons 4-7.

She earned a full tuition scholarship at The Los Angeles Film School for their Feature Development Program. With her first screenplay "Song of Silence," Kwok won the Grand Prize in the Slamdance Screenplay Competition. With her first TV spec script, Kwok landed her first staff writer position on "Spartacus: Blood and Sand" on the Starz Network.

Kwok is a motorcyclist, black belt martial artist, and trained crisis counselor. She is an alum of Claude Watson School for the Performing and Visual Arts, and holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Psychology from the University of Toronto.
