Archbishop Miller is the chief shepherd of over 70 parishes in Vancouver with 400,000 baptized Catholics and has been a prominent figure in the city's religious community since 2007. Originally from Ottawa, he has a rich background in ministry and academia, studying and teaching theology in Rome, the United States, and Mexico. Archbishop Miller holds a theology doctorate from the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome and seven honorary doctorates.
