High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a popular form of exercise in the PCOS community. Research has identified HIIT as being beneficial for insulin resistance, a condition in which around 70% of women with PCOS suffer from. But should HIIT be your go to form of cardio or workout if you have PCOS? If you have ever asked yourself, why am I not losing weight or why isn’t my PCOS improving, I am eating well and exercising, what is going on?
