The Willard Library opened in Evansville Indiana, in 1885, making it the oldest public library in the state. For decades, rumors have claimed a ghost inhabits the building while others have said many ghosts could be wondering about the library. Willard is a 3.5 acre, landscaped park; and is said to be the home of the Grey Lady, the world’s most famous library ghost. Welcome to The Phantom Archives.
