Laura Gluck is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 16 years of nursing experience across critical care, perioperative recovery, and primary care. Currently practicing at Montecito Concierge Medicine, Laura blends advanced clinical skills with a deeply empathic, evidence-based approach to healing.
Before becoming an NP, Laura worked in high-acuity environments including the Surgical Trauma Burn ICU at the University of Virginia Health System and the Neurosurgery ICU at NewYork-Presbyterian. Throughout her career, she served as a charge nurse, preceptor, and clinical educator.
