Sean McVay admitted that the Rams were ready to go after Aaron Rodgers if they didn’t have Matt Stafford back. What would Rodgers look like in LA? The guys debated if that was one of the places he would thrive due to the offensive mind behind the talent that is still left in Rodgers’ game. What if Ben Roethlisberger had a better offensive mind his final few seasons? Poni said he’s tired of hearing about how much the Jets failed Rodgers last season. KDKA TV’s Bob Pompeani joined the show. Pomp talked about what an experience it is to cover the US Open. Bob broke down some of the holes and the difficulties that can be presented. Bob talked about the ‘carnage’ on the course at Oakmont. Bob picked two golfers that look like they are out already, but he said players can respond big on the second day to get themselves back into the leaderboard. Bob talked about some history he has seen at various tournaments over the years. Chris told Bob he thinks Brooks Koepka will be among the leaders late in the day on Sunday.
