My first Podcast with a comic shop!
I sat down with Michael, Paul and Jade from Get Ready Comics to speak about passions, fandoms, collecting and what it’s like to work in a comic shop.
Their love for the world of comics, animation, gaming and pop-culture was fantastic and it was interesting to hear how a shop stays up to date with what customers want.
Get Ready Comics is based in Rochester and I can’t wait to visit them in 2024 and maybe even record an episode live in the shop…Having evolved over the years from a simple stall at markets and conventions, Get Ready Comics opened their first shop in Strood in 2014 and in 2016 moved location to right in the heart of historic Rochester.
Get Ready Comics is working to establish themselves as a popular comic book shop in Medway.
