In this episode I speak with my good friend and pickleball buddy Allison Paolino. Allison recently went on a trip to Italy and was struck by the way the women there walked on the beach in their swimsuits with confidence and appeared to be so comfortable in their own skin.
In contrast, we talk about what it's like to be an aging woman in the US and the Brain BS that comes up that skews our perceptions of our bodies in a negative way.
This is a great episode that will get you thinking differently about your body image and help you to understand how much needless suffering you experience when you believe what your brain has to say about your body.
