In this episode I share with you why leadership energy is so important and the positive ripple effect it can have when you are living in it. The reason why I wanted to do this is because I sometimes think people believe that leadership energy comes from a role assigned to them and applies to a certain group following them. I am suggesting that leadership energy is within us and always accessible whenever we choose to tap into it, and the whole world can benefit from it when we choose to do that.

In my opinion, leadership energy is how we share our gifts with our community so that we can have an amazing ripple effect on everybody around us.
