In this solo episode I share my thoughts and feelings about the outcome of the election. Thank goodness I am in a much better emotional state than I was when Hillary lost. Back then, I was easily triggered and very reactive around anything related to politics. I have evolved since then and I am choosing to approach politics consciously and intentionally moving forward.
Whether you are on the winning side or losing side, I want to suggest to you that the two party system may be in need of a revamp. Listen to the episode to see why I feel that way and see what resonates with you.
I didn't mention this in the episode, but I will be hosting a gathering at La Lieff Winery on 11/21 from 4-6pm for anybody who wants to process how they are feeling and brainstorm on getting our focus back to the community and away from the circus.
