Welcome back to another episode of The Property Journey Podcast: Beginner to Expert.
In Episode 20, we take a quick look at the speculation surrounding the upcoming Budget. This will be the first Labour Budget in nearly 15 years, and there is much speculation surrounding some of the tax increases following a touted "£22 billion black hole" in public finances.
Some of the potential tax increases will affect areas such as Capital Gains Tax (affecting those with property and investments) as well as Inheritance Tax plus much more. With The Budget 2024 only around the corner on October 30th, we will know for certain what is to come then, but for now, we take a look at some of the speculated changes and discuss how they could affect you.
