Herman talks about his car that got broken into and ransacked. He tells the story of what he had to go through to try and get his stuff back that was stolen, but couldn’t. How the thief was arrested and had rights to the stolen items that were in his car, even though they were known to be stolen because the laws are setup to protect the rights of the criminal more than the rights and safety of the victim.
