I have known Jill since our kids were in pre-school and since then have witnessed her trajectory from forming her own company in order to advocate for her own, then her children’s to where she is today, a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, skilled in applying science-backed and evidence-based strategies for behavior change, that include Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, and the Stages of Change Model.

She holds certifications from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy and has specialized training in menopause, supplements, and gut health. Her specialty is helping midlife women find their longevity and prevention equation in a variety of ways.

She founded Jill Foos Wellness, a virtual health coaching business, and hosts the Health Trip Podcast. She’s a featured speaker at corporate women’s events and is one of Respin’s Head Health Coaches, Halle Berry’s app-based platform for menopausal women, which features live group coaching.

Jill’s journey into health and wellness began as a high-level competitive equestrian rider, seeking ways to optimize her performance from age 16. In 2000, she gave birth to her 4th of 5 children, and underwent a partial thyroidectomy, which marked the start of health challenges, such as hormonal fluctuations, hair loss, sleep disturbances, low energy and libido, and metabolic dysfunction. For over four decades, Jill has focused on holistic strategies to improve her overall health and to educate and inspire women to harness their intrinsic power for change
