When you feel yourself slipping in your recovery program, you have two choices: either continue down the path back towards self destruction and complacency, or identity the problem and get back to work! It’s so easy to slip into our old routines, and in this episode we talk about our own experiences with slipping in our programs, and what we do to get back on track.
