With big changes or big events in our lives, we often spend a whole lot of time behind the scenes preparing for the big moment. Whether that be mentally rehearsing, honing new skills or practicing what it takes. Yet, when we are right on the cusp of the change or the event... when asked how we are feeling, we tend to say we are nervous / not ready / unprepared / freaked out / lost / etc, etc. Why do we do this??? Sitting in this energy at the last minute and sharing this kind of sentiment only serves to unwind all the hours of preparation that have gone into it. So our theme today is - Shut Up and Do It. Which basically means, don't give your nerves a big voice, don't doubt yourself, don't question the decision, don't let other's see your fear... just get the job done! You know you're enough, you know you're ready, you know you're going to smash it! Go out there and get it!!!
