If you don't know the name Ben Greenfield then you're probably new to the space of biohacking or just new to health and wellness in general. Ben is a true practitioner of fitness. He walks the talk in all aspects. During my personal journey, it has always been a quest to be strong and healthy. Over time as you get older and wiser you soon realise there is more to life than aesthetics. It reminds me of a book called The Second Mountain by David Brooks. You can feel "happy" but it's not until you feel "joy" that you become a more robust human. Happiness depends on your external circumstances but joy comes from within.
