Aaron is the host of one of Irelands fastest-growing podcasts, The Emerald Grapppling Podcast. It is a show dedicated to spotlighting the irish grappling scene. Each month,Aaron sits down with top coaches, competitors and rising talents to share stories and insights around the unqiue culture of grappling in Ireland. A purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, a yellow belt in judo and a true graplling fanatic, Aaron brings passion and authenticity to every conversation.

Delighted to be joined by Aaron for the 100th episode of the show and thrilled you could join us too. Ive never done any Jiu Jitsu before so I am coming from a place of real curiosity with this conversation. Something a little different than normal but full of great points on being more training specfic, mindset, growth, how to go about setting up a a podcast or go for that passion project.
