In this episode of the Self Loved Woman Podcast, Jen Barnes discusses how to identify and overcome internal obstacles, especially fear, that hold ADHD women back in their personal and professional lives. She highlights the challenges arising from fear, perfectionism, decision paralysis, and imposter syndrome, and announces a free three-part live virtual training starting August 1, 2024, aimed at equipping women with ADHD-specific strategies to build prosperous and meaningful businesses. Jen also introduces Internal Family Systems (IFS) as a therapeutic technique to address these issues.
