In this episode we explore the cycle of pushing and hustling (followed by crashing) and how it hurts your business and your life. Because the thing is, continuing to push and hustle is not only bad for business, it’s bad for your health.

By the end of our time together you will be able to spot this ineffective pattern more quickly and be able to shift out of it and align with your highest energy so you are more productive and efficient as well as more authentic and genuine so that you can really help your clients and prospective clients.
