For this episode of "The Separation is in the Preparation" podcast I am excited to be joined by Eric Monroe. Eric currently works in an entry level coaching position for the Oklahoma City Thunder. Eric, a San Diego native, played college basketball at Yale where he served as the team's captain in his senior season. Our conversation spans Eric's basketball background, his thoughts on leadership and team dynamics, how he approaches his current role with the Thunder, and so much more.
