In this episode, I’m joined by my dear friend Dawn V. Collins—founder of Birth Matters b/c Family Matters and Louisiana Ambassador for Count the Kicks. Dawn shares how God led her into birth work and the powerful way she supports families as a doula. Although she’s never experienced stillbirth personally, Dawn chose to seek specialized training so she could compassionately and confidently support clients through every outcome, including loss. We talk about faith, preparation, and what it truly means to show up for families in their most vulnerable moments.
