6/24/25 - Joey Pontarelli, founder of Restored Ministry, shares a moving Catholic testimony of growing up in a broken home marked by the pain of his parents' divorce. As a teenager, he struggled with deep wounds: feelings of rejection, fear of abandonment, and a belief that he was unlovable. To cope, he chased achievement, perfectionism, and control, but none of it brought real peace. Everything began to change when he encountered Jesus Christ in a personal way through the sacraments, prayer, and authentic Catholic community. Joey discovered that God not only wanted to heal his wounds, but also to use his story to help others. Today, through Restored, he helps teens and young adults from divorced and broken families find healing, hope, and identity in Christ.
