In this episode we will explore how to talk to children, tweens and teens about their big feelings. We’ll see a simple model that shows you how to guide a young child so that they can ground their feelings and a teen be able to better understand their strong emotions, and by doing so you build a stronger attachment bridge and feeling connection with you child.
