Gary Pratt is the co-founder of an innovative sensor technology start-up and previously, an Entrepreneur in Residence and Teaching Fellow in Entrepreneurship at the University of Bath. He is also the co-founder of the Outside/community and Walking Leaders, where he serves as a mentor, facilitator and guide on walking expeditions intended to cultivate creative/outside thinking in business leaders, teams and entrepreneurs.
We discuss how the outdoors can support more meaningful conversations and the benefits of side-by-side conversations surrounded by nature. Gary shares his experience and insights on how being outside supports clear thinking and effective communication.
